Visa Application

Anyone entering Japan must have a valid passport.
In addition, delegates from particular countries must have a visa issued by The Japanese Embassy or Consulate General in their home country.

Consult your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals as to whether you require a visa. Please note that the standard processing period can take more than a month to obtain a visa.

Letter of Invitation

If you require a visa, we advise you to obtain and submit an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organizers to help facilitate the visa process. Please note that Letters of Invitation are only issued to registered and paid/approved delegates.

You can email icll@iacsitp.com and request a Letter of Invitation after successful registration.
